Article Abstract
Chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids (CLIPPERS) is an inflammatory disorder of the CNS with distinct clinical and radiologic features. In this study, we report an atypical case of CLIPPERS presenting with prominent spinal symptoms and diffuse white matter involvement.
